Pre-Building: |
|
Before building your new home, you should select a piece of property in your desired neighborhood. Your local municipality can provide you with information on the size of the home you can build on your property. Once you have your location settled, you will meet with the builder to discuss the style of your home, floor plans, custom details and a preliminary budget. If you decide on a modular home, we will order a home that matches your specifications. Modular home orders require six to twelve weeks to complete. During the quality-controlled manufacturing of your home at the factory, we will begin site work of your foundation, build your basement and order your utilities.
